I recently had the misfortune of staying at Narmade River View Resort & Restaurant, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par. I encountered multiple issues during my stay that made it impossible for me to enjoy my time there. First and foremost, the water pressure in the bathrooms was abysmal. Taking a shower felt more like standing under a leaky faucet than enjoying a refreshing cleanse. It was frustrating to say the least, and it made me question the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and pleasant stay for its guests. To make matters worse, the pool was not in working order during my visit. I was not informed that the pool was undergoing maintenance at the time of making the booking. This lack of transparency on the hotel's part was highly disappointing and left me feeling cheated out of the amenities I had paid for. Additionally, the spa facilities were completely non-functional. I had been looking forward to indulging in some much-needed relaxation at the spa, only to find out that it was out of order. The staff informed me that the spa had been out of service for quite some time, which left me wondering why this information was not conveyed prior to my arrival. It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise spa facilities and then not deliver on that promise. Overall, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The low water pressure in the bathrooms, the non-functioning pool, and the useless spa all contributed to an incredibly disappointing stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues and improve their services.
