I stayed for a night only but one of the most comfortable hotel I ever had in Kerala, Excellent service , Down to earth staff . Honest and trustworthy cleaning staff. Very supportive front desk . Excellent food at the restaurant and walking distance from Thalassery Railway station. Full 5 star from a much satisfied customer.

We stayed at this hotel on 1-2 Dec, 2023. While the room and room service itself were good, the reception on 2nd morning was disappointing to say the least. Even after giving details of our stay twice, one at the time of booking and then at the time of check in, my wife who was returning from a tiring journey was forced to wait before being allowed to check in. Also, the breakfast time which was confirmed at the time of booking and based on which the booking was made in the first place was not apparently communicated within the staff members and this caused delays in our trip itself. The hotel needs to have proper communication amongst the reception staff to avoid unnecessary hassles to guests. What's the point of guests going to great lengths to explain the nature and plan of their stay if nothing gets communicated?? Very disappointed with the reception service, especially on the second day morning.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the room service was top-notch, always making sure I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel's location near the railway station made my travel so convenient. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We organized a surprised birthday party for our mother at the Navaratna party hall, and couldn't be happier with the service. The manager Sreekesh was very responsive and helpful. We coordinated the entire event from out of country, and everything was done to perfection. Hall arrangements, food, service - everything was implemented to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Pathetic service from the waiters. Did not even take orders after sitting at the table for 20 minutes or so. It was as if we weren't even sitting there as none of the waiters seemed to cater to our needs or cared to even notice us. We walked away after waiting for a while. The quality of food might be great but what use is it if you fail to take orders? Get the basics right.
