Had a very pleasant stay. Food is delicious specially the breakfast. It's a quiet place with lake view and small garden. Need to improve on customer experience in terms of entertainment. Kids zone and indoor games need to be added. In winters they should by default provide heaters, it was chargeable for us.

stayed here for a night on our way back from mukteshwar. old school style hotel. there was some confusion between the rooms (superior deluxe with ac and without ac have very different rooms even though it would seem that the only difference should be whether there is ac or not). We finally got the ac room which has a bigger balcony and a better view than the non ac room. food service was fast and quality was good. Place is walking distance to the boating point for the aquarium cafe.

The room was a bit small ( super deluxe ?) , but overall ambience was good. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. Service & attendents were cordial . In my opinion one should take their suite. They are commendable experience. Next time, I will use one.......

Had bad experience. Hotel Manager is rude, didn't like the check out, we had permission for some shoot early morning before leaving for which he became angry and charged extra. There is no complementary breakfast. While we were sitting in restaurant, no one was taking our order ...like we are eating for free. Insulted, humiliated kind of feel, even after paying exact amount of bill they made on blank paper..not even cash memo. Never going to stay again in Neelesh In

Hotel Nilesh Inn Bhimtal: Taxi drivers or personal drivers from any state or province who bring tourists to Uttarakhand should make their accommodation arrangements in advance. The driver has no importance in the hotel. If the driver asks for something by mistake, the hotel staff will fight. seem like Very bad hotel, one or two employees, have mercy, in future no tourist will come to this hotel by my taxi and you should also be cautious, thank you.
