We were there for three nights just after Christmas. The promised early checkin wasn't possible due to occupancy issues which was quite understandable. But room categorization policy is not transparent. We had booked and paid for a deluxe room but were alloted one in the outhouse. Dawned upon us only later that we were duped and given a standard room which we unknowingly accepted after a long journey. The property is tired and over the hill with both interior and exteriors needing urgent attention. The cooking is at best mediocre and shames the pretentious monogrammed crockery that it is served on. What was good however was the freshly brewed coffee, the quality of housekeeping and the apparent cordiality of the staff who seem to be clearly wilting under insincere management policy. Not really the Neemrana hospitality that one would expect.

Excellent stay. Serene hotel on the Kotagiri road. Staff very courteous and arranged no-Onion, no-Gatlic food without any issue. Room and the toilet were very neat, with no TV (Good thing). Manager, Mrs.Geeta and team', Vetri, Bala and Robin took good care of us. Our family enjoyed the stay very much and would like to visit again.

Amazing experience during our recent visit to Wallwood with friends. The staff - Geethaji, Robin and all others were very courteous and efficient. The breakfast spread is decent. Although some bathrooms and rooms need a bit of maintenance, the property is otherwise absolutely beautiful. Would surely recommend this place to all.

We had a very pleasant stay over the Easter weekend - the best part of which was the excellent staff and service. This was a family trip with a toddler - and Dinesh, Geetha, Robin and others went out of their way to accommodate our every request. They were always ready to help, with a cheerful smile- from finding auto/ taxi companies, to drying the toddler's clothes to preparing special meals for the toddler, to packing an early breakfast - even helping us with a few plant cuttings from their beautiful garden to take home! The food was also excellent - homely meals full of flavor, and low on oil. The staff were a real pleasure and gave us the feeling of being at home. The improvement feedback I have is for the property itself - as many have pointed out, it could do with some renovation . I understand that these are larger projects that will take time. The location is convenient but the two front rooms get a lot of noise from the road. Room was clean and neat and spacious. However, it could do with a few upgrades - fresh coat of paint in the bathroom, double mattress instead of the 2 single ones joined together, more aesthetic placement of plug points and cables, re-upholstering some of the older chairs/ sofas/ curtains, perhaps a coat of polish for the wooden furniture, bit of an update to the bathroom. These are some property-related suggestions that I have. I want to stress that everything was extremely clean and neat and cozy, but I think some of these suggestions will make the stay even better.

This was one of the first hotels we saw online and loved in in one go. We stayed here for two nights and had a memorable experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable espethe kids. Special thanks to Mr Robin and Mr. Dinesh for all the co operation and warmth. The property was well maintained and had the old world charm. Food was great and the housekeeping staff was very sweet too. Thank you for the memorable experience. Regards and best wishes!
