Not book this hotel mostly couple Room and bathroom are dirty and smelly No Wi-Fi Network issues Fridge and TV don’t work For AC they will ask extra money Staff and manager behaviour are rude Blanket and mattress beds are not clean and they don’t change the bed and mattress and pillows. I found bedbugs inside pillows. Drinking water was dirty I felt regret once I have reached hotel Original photos and websites uploaded photos are not same I called many times for cleaned the room Nobody came then my wife has cleaned room and bathroom. No Services are there Note: location near by Baga beach, otherwise nothing was good. I will suggest that room and cleanness and bed and TV and fridge and AC are very important compared to Near Location

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay near baga beach.

We were there for couple of days at this hotel. Definitely not for family. Pros 1. Baga beach is at walkable distance. Teetos is very nearby. 2. Owners communication was nice eventhough service was terrible. Cons 1. Rooms, beds and blankets were very dirty. 2. No bath towels and hand towels were provided. 3. TV and fridge were just for display. Were not working. 4. Second day, the bed covers and blankets won't be changed. 5. IMPORTANT- hectic for car parking Hardly 2-3 car parking space for 50 room hotel. You have to spend 15-20 mins to park and unpark the vehicle. 6. Ac was functioning in one room and not functional in another room. 7. Toilets were not descent enough. They were having leaking taps, stuck shower.
