Nice ambience and good service. I went here for Dinner and the food was delicious. And the staff is very polite. The buffet has a decent variety of veg and non vegetarian dishes.

Nice hotel in central Gorakhpur with big, modern rooms, friendly staff and quiet away from the busy streets. The room was big, modern and clean. The hotel restaurant has fresh and very nice food, which range from both Western and Indian, and good prices. There is a nice selection for breakfast too. All the staff (reception, room service, restaurant) were very friendly and helpful, and even managed to help me find a local hospital to see a doctor. Thank you in particular to Ashok, Manisha, Promila and Dhananjay! As a suggestion, It would be good if the hotel could directly organise trips to Kushinagar with a local taxi company for set prices, as this would help foreign tourists like myself. FYI - there were a few mosquitos in the room and in the restaurant area, and so would also suggest taking steps to minimise this, e.g. mosquito plug-in repellent in the rooms and the hallways etc.

We visited here randomly as it was located in the vicinity of Gorakhpur Railway Station and found it very good. Rooms are neat and clean, staff is very polite and especially the food is commendable menu contains all items that a person need outside home and that too at reasonable price.

The restaurant also offers a great selection of drinks, including sake and other, which complement the food perfectly. Overall,dine 551 Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and exceptional dining experience in Gorakhpur. Highly recommended!
