It was a disaster. There is a loud party/ wedding in the lawns just outside my window. Why would they put me in a room that will be disturbed. Instead of helping, the staff said its wedding season so I should be accomodating. Complete disregard for the rules too, the music is blaring at even 12.12 as a write it. They should have given a different room to begin with. Extremely disappointing experience.

Our family gathering for dinner turned into a disappointing experience due to the abysmal service at the restaurant. Initially, it took 15 minutes just to receive the menu, followed by another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Shockingly, a basic order took a whopping 45 minutes to arrive, and it was incomplete. We had to eat without water glasses or any tissue paper on the table. To add to the frustration, after 1.30 hours, a waiter apologized, admitting they couldn't complete the pending order. Needless to say, it was an embarrassing situation in front of our guests.

It was a great experience. the place is very nice. Services were excellent and the quality was very good. Also there was a wheelchair available for needy ones. This Place is a perfect hangout option for weekends and holidays with family and friends or kids. The swimming pool was very spacious and clean. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable. Food is tasty with good quality. Truly it is one of the best restaurants and hotels in sirsa.
