I recently visited Karol Hills Cafe and was impressed by the ambience and service. The cafe has a cozy and warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. The food quality was excellent. I ordered the pasta and it was cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful and the pasta was al dente. My friend ordered the pizza and it was equally delicious. The crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh. The menu has a good variety of dishes to choose from. Some of the popular items include burgers, pancakes, and waffles. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Overall, I would highly recommend Karol Hills Cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Kandaghat. The cafe has a lot to offer and is definitely worth a visit. If u want to have a good food with good atmosphere than this is the best place for all the travellers. I went their for the very first time and my experience was great. The staff and the services they provide is good. Also they do have clean washrooms which is a very must thing specially for ladies.

Karol Hills The hotel is located just after the victory tunnel. Housekeeping/Room service was excellent. The spread of the breakfast buffet was good. We liked the food very much, and it saved us from going outside to venture for good food. However, there are few good restaurants nearby on the Mall road, which you can visit.

Ohk food and ambience. Negative - Rude behaviour. We had a lot of stuff (bags, jackets,helmet) so had kept it on one of the table. We were looking for hotel stay, and had paid the bill. On arrival of other guests asked as to pick our stuff even when other tables were vacant. Did not like the behaviour to be honest. Hospitality is everything so better behaviour would be a plus.

It’s a place which has nothing good except the beautiful location. They don’t serve tea…. I mean which roadside restaurant/dhaba doesn’t serve chai. They r trying to make it a cool and upmarket place unnecessarily whereas it ain’t indeed. The washrooms are super dirty, outdoor seating is pathetic, untidy and the behaviour of the manager/owner is rude. Paranthe they serve are tandoori only, but not mentioned in the menu. Seems like everything in here is a surprise to the customer… a bad surprise i would say.
