Great check in experience even though there was a lot of activity due to a large group checking out thanks to Kunal at the front desk. Rooms a little small but were clean and had all the expected conveniences. Food in the restaurant was good and ingredients fresh. Our server Surya and Melinda were very attentive and provided good recommendations and service. Also we forgot an expensive wrist watch in the room but as soon as I called the hotel they checked and after verifying my identity confirmed that the watch was found and offers to send it to us. Pooja from the housekeeping desk coordinator personally messaged me in the evening and coordinated as we decided to pick it ourselves. I’m delighted with the response and service.

As an expat family we recently stayed at your establishment , and while there were positive aspects, I feel compelled to share some constructive feedback. Firstly, our check-in experience was less than satisfactory. The staff appeared to lack manners, especially when dealing with us as a young family. A more approachable and friendly demeanor would have been greatly appreciated, creating a warmer welcome for guests. The on-site restaurant left much to be desired. The prices were considerably high, and unfortunately, the value for money was not reflected in the dining experience. It would be beneficial to reevaluate the pricing structure to ensure it aligns with the overall guest experience. The tables at the restaurant were not properly cleaned, we asked for a drink and they said they did not have after a few minutes they turned up with the original which made us very confused. Communication within the hotel seemed lacking. Additionally, there were disturbances during the night, affecting our quality of sleep. Addressing and minimizing noise disturbances would greatly contribute to a more comfortable stay for all guests. We left a day early due to some of the issues above I hope you take this feedback in the spirit it is intended – as an opportunity to enhance the guest experience at Novotel. We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope to see improvements during our future visits. Thank you.

This is NOT a five-star property, categorically speaking, it does not provide the service, not the infrastructure of a five-star, you could call it a three-star at best. I called in-room dining, no answer, reception, didn’t answer for a good minute… Once they connected me to their in-room dining and I asked them if they had Mexican options available, he offered to bring me pasta… I asked him what else he could make for me that was actually tasty, he said I could have western food like Chinese… Upon repeatedly asking him for item suggestions, he kept saying order whatever, it’s nice… I urge the hotel to up its standard and stop spoiling the name of such a renowned chain of hotels!

At the reception Ismail was best and thoroughly professional. He seamlessly carried the checkin process. Guided us with hotel tour. As regards restaurant, the breakfast spread was good and tasty. For Dinner, buffet should have variety. Morning Dance show at 09:45 is awesome. Room service needs to be tighten up, as there was much delay in service. Recreational facilities needs to be provided. complimentary
