Great hotel to stay. We spent one night and we had a comfortable stay. It was the best one night my daughter enjoyed. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We loved the infinity pool, which was the highlight of our stay. Thank you " O by Tamara" for making our stay a memorable experience in Kerala, India.

Professional service. Well maintained rooms. Strict no-plastic policy was impressive to see. The restaurant was amazing. Very good food, both at breakfast and dinner. Across cuisines, the food was made very well. Great place to stay if you're on business or with family.

Stayed here for 2 days for work at Trivandrum Medical College along with my family. Check in and out were smooth experiences. Breakfast was really good. My daughter enjoyed the Pan cake a lot. Ran for 1 hr on a treadmill in the hotel gym which was very well maintained. Staff behaviour was excellent too. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Note - Lulu hypermarket is very close by and apart from the hotel buffet, imperial kitchen is very close by and serves excellent food

This New Year was the first season with O by Tamara and it certainly didnt disappoint. The style inside is chic cool and a step above a lot of the other usual New Year events in Trivandrum City. The bar is fantastic with only premium quality alcohol ; lights,sound and setup was on another world, the atmosphere it created was another world. The place is awesome , looking forward more from Tamara Events Team This new year was the best ever

I want to share my recent experience with the hotel's staff, and it's safe to say that it was far from satisfactory. My family and I had planned a trip that involved a grueling 15-hour flight from Doha, and we were eagerly anticipating a comfortable stay at the hotel upon our arrival. Before our trip, we explicitly requested a single room to accommodate my family. However, upon our arrival at the hotel, to our dismay, the hotel staff informed us that the single room we had requested and discussed was not available. Instead, they insisted on providing us with a double elite room, even though this was not what we had discussed. The situation was deeply frustrating. We had communicated our needs clearly in advance, and it appeared that the hotel did not acknowledge or honor our request. Furthermore, the lack of empathy or understanding for our condition after such a long flight was truly disheartening. It felt as though the hotel agents did not prioritize our comfort or well-being. In the end, we had no choice but to leave, but the entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths. When guests make specific requests, especially when they've communicated them well in advance, it's only fair to expect that those requests are acknowledged and honored. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay, and it greatly affected our overall impression of the hotel and its staff.
