This hotel is a nightmare! The rooms are so cramped; I felt like I was staying in a shoebox. The bed was as hard as a rock, and I woke up with a backache every morning. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!" "I booked a room with a 'beautiful city view,' but all I got was a view of a brick wall. The false advertising is unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy, and I found hair in the bed sheets. The noise from the nearby construction site kept me up all night. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay." "This hotel claims to be 'luxury,' but it's more like a run-down motel. The carpets were stained, the furniture was shabby, and the whole place smelled musty. The Wi-Fi was slower than a snail, and good luck getting a decent cup of coffee at the so-called 'cafe.' It's a rip-off." "Stay away from this hotel! The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear every word of my neighbors' conversations. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine taking off, making it impossible to sleep. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of stale pastries and watered-down orange juice. Not worth the price." "I've never stayed in a hotel with such rude staff. The front desk clerk was dismissive and acted like I was bothering them with my questions. The room service took forever, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The overall service here is abysmal, and I won't be returning."

Avoid staying here. During winters, room heaters are a necessity and this Hotel has no room heater available. After asking for a heater several times, we were told there is only one heater in the hotel which has gone for repair. Dirty linen and blankets were provided as extra when asked for a solution to cold room. TV was not working and had to call reception several times to get it fixed. Hotel does not even have a microwave in the kitchen we were told.

We stayed here for one night during our Haridwar trip which was amazing. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and tried everything they could to make it more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will book again on our next visit. I would definitely recommend anyone who is reading my review to book this hotel without any hesitation.
