1. Rooms are very basic, with hot water and cold AC. 2. The location is 1 km from colva beach, walkable if you are used to it. 3. Hotel is connected to decent room service, a restaurant, spa and mini-super market, which makes staying here nice. 4. Staff is helpful, with complimentary toiletries and drinking water. Good staff behavior. 5. Cabs, car and bike available on rent, but expensive. Cons: 1. Room cleanliness could be better 2. Wifi not working inside the rooms.

Incredibly dirty. So awful we left as soon as we were able to despite having paid for another night there already. Bed sheets and pillow cases dirty, not sure if they'd even been washed. Stained and full of holes. Under the covers, duvet and pillows mouldy. We booked here because we left it late and didn't have much choice. Don't make the same mistake. I could go on further with more problems but I'll stop here.

If you are planning to stay with your family then this hotel is not for you, terrible experience I have taken when I have stayed here, 1.Very bad service and not maintain cleanliness, you can experience cockroach and rat here. 2.From reception to entire hotel was continuesly smelling like a cigarette. 3.Washrooms with no bucket for bath. 4.Washrooms and freeze are smelling and not cleaned. 5.There is no fan in room, in few room it's there then but not in working condition.
