I recently stayed at an ocean-view apartment in Goa, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's affordability did not compromise the quality of the stay. The rooms are good, the apartment is in a good place. But the beds are very bad, only fridge and drinking water available, No TV no WiFi. One attached bathroom and one common bathroom for 3 rooms. Food is decent. Service is good

I had one of my worst experience with this hotel. I just stayed one night with my wife here. There is no fan in the room. Wifi is not working. Washrooms were not clean and had used soaps and shower gel. Beds were like they were made of rock. I had really bad stay there. Even the reception people were hostile and was not ready to listen to any of our request. It's showing near to airport while it's actually around 10km from airport. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They are also charging around 2000 for a night which is kind of loot. The photos that they post are fake and cannot be trusted

This space is too small for a detailed review, but to sum up I wouldn't suggest anyone staying here. On the day of check-in they made a weird face after listening about our reservation through Agoda (as if they were unaware), they asked when we booked and had to find out our entry instead of already knowing about our checkin (as we has already paid 100% amount for our stay). Then they gave us a room in the wrong property that was an OYO facility (ocean view studio apartment-image attached) which were the worst rooms I've ever seen in my whole life (they looked like a cheap motel, smelled like fishes and the lights were dim and blinking). We went and told them they said that please co-operate for today we'll give you a new room tomorrow.. we were so tired we listened to them at first but couldn't stand the smell and found out about the OYO thing that they had tricked us with. Then we went again and told them about this, they started giving reasons that due to the conference the whole hotel is booked, but we had booked before the conference people did (30th oct- almost 1.5month before the date of the conference).. then luckily a room was checked out so they gave us that room, but with dirty bedsheets and blanket) During our stay (4days) we asked them to clean the room on 2 days and still I could see something sticky on my bedside table (which was there from before we checked in) and even while checkout I could see it. Not only this, I noticed many other customers faced difficulties with them and heard them argue with them. Plus there was no room service for food and their restaurant is so slow that they bring food after 40 mins of waiting and then give silly reasons like all of a sudden the staff is on leave. (This whole hotel was booked by some.hospitality service, so they would have known what was to come during these days, but did not prepare well). Not great, but even the tata sky setup boxes were removed from the TV before we checked in (I don't know why but it was uncalled for) So if you want to stay peacefully and in a good place, book some other hotel. We were charged around 8400 for 4 days, which was not cheap, but we were given the cheap treatment.
