I booked a room in this hotel because of its proximity to prime locations. However, it did never fail to disappoint me in every way. I got there in my car only to know that the parking in the basement is full and I had to park outside in the street safely beside a board that said tow-away-zone. Thanks to the inefficiency of law-enforcement, my car was not towed away. The place is small, barely visible from outside, but feels well polished. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was perfect. The room looks decent, but if you look closer, it is a collection of imperfections. There were a couple of tea bags, coffee powders and stuffs, but no kettle. I called the reception for a kettle and, you guessed it, I never got it! BTW, there is no intercom, nor there is any TV subscription in your room, all you get is an Amazon Firestick. The bathroom is okay, but there is no water heater letting you enjoy an unadulterated and unfiltered showering experience. I would not recommend the

Coming from an airline industry. Where my next plans are unpredictable. This hotel is always a go to place for my run away vacation to bengaluru. The staffs are really understanding and accommodating. When ever I had any requests they were swift in providing it for me. The rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms are big enough, ambient atmosphere and all facilities are close by. In the main MG road area. Safe atmosphere. I would like to thank Mrs Sowmya, Mr. Jogesh and Mr. Khadir for their excellent customer service and also the restaurant and cleaning staffs. A immense thanks to the property managers for accommodating all my requests during my stay.
