An aesthetic houseboat and rooms. Good ambiance and sunrise view. Improve more service quality like food, sufficient hot water on time.

The overall ambiance and quality of rooms were good. The problem came in at service. We had good dinner, gave prior information of our travel plans for next day, we needed early breakfast to go catch a flight, the staff said they would keep it ready. But next morning the staff was late and totally clueless. No sight of shikara even after delay of 1 and 1/2 hour, and dry bread-butter was our breakfast that was arranged last minute before shikara finally arrived. Apparently the staff was brand new and knew nothing about the arrangements, owner/manager was a no show too. It was sheer luck that we didn't miss the flight.
