We had a wonderful time at this extremely beautiful & charming boutique hotel. The room that we stayed was fabulous. Staff was friendly & helpful. They were kind to prepare for us breakfast a bit earlier of regular time. Really appreciate it! Location of the hotel is great, very peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for a unique experience, and would love to come back again on my next visit to Delhi. Thanks a lot again for the hospitality!

On the House" is a visually stunning boutique hotel, adorned with ultimate decoration and an impressive collection of antique pieces. The ambiance exudes timeless elegance, creating a captivating atmosphere. To enhance guest experience, management should address smoking-related congestion issues, either through a strict no-smoking policy or designated areas. Additionally, improving breakfast options would contribute to a more satisfying stay. Despite these considerations, the hotel holds great potential for providing an exceptional and memorable experience with its beautiful aesthetics and attentive management.

Check in was a bit awkward. It was particularly so getting luggage over the small dog gate at the top of the narrow staircase. There were no instructions or signs for check in - we had to go into the kitchen and find staff who went and found someone else. We sat sweating in the musty room with our luggage for a good while before someone finally came downstairs and wordlessly being checked in. Our room was very hot at first. The AC was somewhat faulty which is why it did not get cooler after our host representative turned it on for us - the buttons didn't do what they said they were supposed to do. After figuring out how to actually turn on AC through some trial and error, the rest of the stay was pleasant. The decor throughout, including the terrace, was very nice. The room amenities were decent. Breakfast was toast and I was offered an omelette. There was also cereal and milk on the table. The host did not reply to any email inquiries about the property before and after our stay, but did reply to acknowledge our time of arrival. The location was quiet during our stay and the internet was fine.

We were a large group visiting for a conference and not very easy guests to deal with…each one had their own timings and preferences… At the end of a long tiring day we would look forward to heading back to our home in Delhi.. The past few days over at On the House are going to be my most memorable ever i guess.. The Best Home , The Best Vibe, The Best Food, The Best Staff, The best Decor, I was at Home ..Would love to visit again and again. A big Thankyou to the team for everything ..😇❤️

I believe we arrived in bad day . Very unwelcoming staff and Place overall . Despite confirmed booking we denied acces rooms and thrown out of property . Even they didn’t bother to help can as it was late in evening . With all luggage we have to walk with my ailing friends . I believe they even try to get money in cancellation as staff offered some money to accommodate in nearby property . I believe one should be wary of such properties . Be aware of them first they show room on website and than deny and try and fleece money through staff
