This is a beautifully located property in Parra with paddy view field and private pool. We really had a good time with our friends here The Stay experience manager was really helpful. I would definitely revisit the property during my next visit to Goa

This review is purely about the villa and nothing else. Feel free to extrapolate it to StayVista. Summary: don’t stay here, don’t book this, spend your money elsewhere. StayVista is a hit-or-miss enterprise, stay away. Details: We booked a villa through Airbnb. We were housed in Villa 9. The villa was in a terrible state. We booked a paddy view villa and got a different villa which had a view of a disgusting pool and a lawn riddled with beer bottles and cans and cigarette and joint butts. The swimming pool is not usable. You could not see the bottom, it was discoloured. The bathrooms and toilets were not clean, stains all over the walls and inside the toilets, the couch was filled with stains and cigarette holes. In general there were cigarette butts, empty beer cans and bottles thrown all over the place that the cleaning crew forgot. The living room stank of cigarettes. One of the upper bedrooms had a used condom in the drawer. The curtains in the living room were torn. The kitchen missed basic utensils. The list goes on, I took some photos I’ll leave them as an indicator. These photos are only from villa 9, which was supposed to be cleaned. In their defence we arrived 20 min before check-in time and apparently the previous guests (maybe squatters is a better word), checked out late. The cleaning crew and staff on site, on the other hand, were quite helpful, frantically trying to clean. The office staff, on the other hand, especially the ones added to our WhatsApp group with stayVista, were unresponsive until we repeatedly called them. They were overwhelmed by our complaints perhaps. They moved us to villa 1, paddy view, etc. Same story again. This villa, however, was not cleaned and once they started cleaning it it did start looking a tiny bit better. However, there is no cure for an unmaintained house with very old and cheap furniture. After 3 hours of endless calls and frantic running around by the cleaning crew, StayVista offered us another villa in Candolim and an additional cost. That villa (Sol Banyan 2) was well maintained and fairly clean and saved our holiday.

Beautifully made big size modern villa, there are 10 villas in this compound designed in a way that provides complete privacy to all villa occupants. They have the kitchen in each villa but I felt the staff discouraged us from cooking our own food mentioning some extra money to be paid if we want to cook. That wasn’t nice, the occupants should have control over kitchen and should be allowed to cook if they want. Overall a nice stay!

Rooms are spacious, But the servants were too lazy to do the things until we told them to do it.,Like doing the dishes or replace fresh towels... Etc . On the 1st day we had toster in our kitchen, the next day it was not , when we asked them they said that I gave it to the next villa. So the kitchen was not fully equipped with accessories & utensils and only 6 glasses were there to drink It was many small small things which they could have taken care of . The environment is good but other things were not up to the mark

Had the worst exp at this property. The management by vista was terrible , there were no handle towels provided , pool was dirty every single day ! The shower was flooding every time it was used . There was no proper curtains despite the intense sun in goa ! The caretaker was missing most of the time ! The shower was throwing out brown water And was un-usable ! The powder bathroom had a terrible stink . The flushes was not operational in 1 of the bathrooms . Absolute waste of money and time . Pls avoid going by the pictures they are deceiving and the management is terrible !
