We went for our Social there and everything was good until I politely asked some supervisor if we can play our music because it was a private party and no other customers were getting disturbed.. The supervisor gave such a rude reply that he can’t change the music only their music can be played… I asked him the reason and like some school going kid he gave some stupid reply.. later came to know that it’s a residential place and they can’t play music after 10:15.. if the person could politely reply or explain this to me I would’ve understood him then and there.. they work in service industry and should learn some manners and ethics of working in service industry.. never ever going to recommend this place to anyone in DSSC.. moreover they over charged us for some cold drink bottles which you get in 20/25 rupees.. they charged us 75 for that which is a huge amount to be honest.. m giving two stars because other people were good I mean to say the steward staff ❤️❤️

We are still wondering how this place has 10k reviews and ranks 4+ stars. Far off from Ooty, not worth the travel all the way - - Unhygienic sanitary - Bathroom door backside full of fungus - Refilled moisturiser cans - Dirty soap tray - Soap dispensers do not work - Uncleaned doors full of fungus - Marketing note almost everywhere in the room - Horrible and expensive food. Pure veg restaurants at reasonable prices just 1-2 kms away, with more food options. - Breakfast veg and non veg all placed together. Zero courtesy. Free breakfast is a trap. They will share pictures with closed curtains. You will fall for the view but stay alert. Overall not worth the trip.

They have two rooms, one is deluxe and the other is super deluxe. We chose deluxe room. It was spacious enough. Had two big mirrors which is a plus. Hot water available all around. Plus there is an auto stand near by for a faster commute. Their food quantity is very good. The reviews were very good so we chose to stay here and they didn't disappoint us. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance exuded an inviting elegance that set the tone for the evening. The menu showcased a diverse range of dishes, each thoughtfully crafted with a creative touch. The appetizers, such as the truffle-infused mushroom crostini, were a delightful prelude to the main course. The flavors were harmonious, and the presentation was impeccable. For the main course, I opted for the seared sea bass with lemon beurre blanc. The fish was perfectly cooked, flaky on the inside with a crispy skin, and the accompanying sauce added a burst of citrusy richness. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite. The dessert selection was equally impressive. The chocolate lava cake, served warm with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream, was a decadent finale to an already exquisite meal.
