The receptionist was an extremely arrogant and rude person who doesnt even remember what he says from time to time. Very very unprofessional. Other than that, the rooms are nice and the location is great.

Overall Good Experience, near to the station, Staff is polite. I stayed in room no 104, suggestion - Centre pillar in the room which edges are sharp needs to be cover with cushion.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful the managing directors and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. They always satisfy our needs..Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. And especially Noufal bro was if like our own brother... His smile and behaviour makes us more comfort with them... Staffs are also very much helpful they always ask abt our needs and fulfil it.. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back there....
