I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better – just a short and pleasant walk away from MG Road, which meant I had easy access to all the shopping and dining options I wanted. Talk about convenience! The best part? This place offers incredible value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates given the prime location. It's not often you find such a great deal in a bustling city center. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed. I had all the space I needed to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly commendable. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. I can't praise the staff enough. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. All in all, this hotel is a gem. Top-notch location, excellent value for the price, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Having stayed at Orchid Suites on multiple occasions, I can confidently share that it continues to be a delightful choice. The staff's warmth and attentiveness are consistent, making each stay memorable. Orchid Suites offers ample amenities, and the overall ambiance contributes to a pleasant experience. Orchid Suites remains my preferred accommodation for its reliability, comfort and safety.

The worst worst worst management staff. The guy at the reception will daily ask for money and he knows I will be staying there for atleast 15days but stills kept asking for money. My luggage is there all the time and whenever my sister came there and visited me. For visiting only for 2-3 hours also, he asked for 500rs. I mean what the hell is this??? Please, if you guys want peace don't go to this hotel. And if they know that you are there in your room, they will keep calling you and always give vague reasons and will try to exort money from you. I request the hotel owner to please change your staff especially the the uncle who sits there at the day time
