Our week-long stay at Oriental Residency was quite comfortable. While the room wasn't spotless, it was clean enough to make us feel at ease. The real highlight was the amazing breakfast – a delightful start to our days! Arun and the team at the restaurant deserve special mention for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Kudos to Oriental Residency for making our time there quite pleasant.

We had a reasonably comfortable stay here. The bed was comfortable, room layout was good, we appreciated that there was a table and chairs to sit down and eat. Sheets and towels were clean. Service was overall pretty good except for a prying receptionist who made assumptions about our booking instead of looking at the printout in front of him. The hotel restaurant and room service were very good. Things that notably took away from the comfort of our stay were that the shower didn't drain at all and that we had constant issues connecting two devices to the WiFi, which stopped working completely halfway through our stay.

I am a marathoner and planned to go two days before and booked this hotel. The ambience, service all good . I was given the room on the fifth floor and the problem started after 7pm as there was a musical party on my terrace with very bid sound all through the night till 1 pm. And the staff made a silent face for whatever I asked . I requested to change the room but they did not and it lasted till 1am in the morning.Second day morning I asked the receptionist about whether there is any special effects on that day but they did not respond as the next day was my run day. Same issue arised and hardly I slept for 2 hours from 1am to 3am. Again the response from the lady manager is just listened to my query and she kept silent. This hotel is good for people who stay late night but not for the ones who need to do their next day work peacefully.Even though all other things are good end of the day this hotel ruined me as I could not give my best performance on the marathon day. It is the worst hotel in this matter.

Work trip. Positive things: on prime location and breakfast is good. Apart from that it's a very dark and gloomy place. There are no good vibes. Feels like some shady hotel from a crime patrol episode. Very less staff at the reception. One person has to handle the phone calls, talk to customers in-person. The tech is outdated. It took 10 minutes to print an invoice.
