The location of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are below average, and lack of basic amenities like electric kettle, wardrobe, side table. There is a lack of service guys and the front manager is really rude and do not know how to treat the guests. During booking Mr. Rupam said a lot of things regarding the property like they have multicuisine restaurant but they do not have the basic service. The rooms are extremely untidy. For lunch and dinner we had to climb the mountain and go to the restaurant, no room service available. The breakfast served were for namesake( bread butter omlett and tea), but during booking I was told that there will be a spread of breakfast including english and Indian breakfast. In the name of nature stay they are justifying the lacks of the property. Not at all recommended if you are expecting a relaxing stay.

It was an amazing experience ... The bonfire was provided ...but there was time limit from 6- 9 pm . Food was great ... And the behaviour of the staff was also appreciable.

Please Read My Review Before Book!! We stayed there on 30th Sept ,23 we took a premium room Let me give you a good review of the rooms looks good but our bedshits was cut by some insect probably rats they did not change it before we checked in, full of spider in the room they did not use any spay , water was charable 500ml water cost for 30 rupees, we get the last cottage of that resort which is near about 10 to 12 floor up where u have to go for dinner , breakfast and lunch because room food service is not available in the room, Food quality was not good , Manager behavior is bad, but staff are god still you want to book this? Go ahed abd waste your money...
