Worst hotel I have ever seen dirty rooms bedsheets no facilities I feel very ill also they scam people by charging dual payment when you checkout owner said for payment and tell that this hotel is 12 hour checkout time if you stay more than 12 hour you have to pay dual fees I mean how can a person make fool to others this hotel is the worst hotel of my life

The hotel is situated in a secluded place. The location of the hotel is not so great. The condition of the road is the worst with huge pot holes. The parking is an space just beside the hotel. The locality is also not favourable as per family and couples go. The hotel sanitation is also questionable. The bedding was also very hard and the bedsheets and the pillow covers were not clean either. The blanket provided was not up to the mark and the OYO welcome kit along with clean towels were not provided. The hotel managing staff is also very lax and does not provide the necessary services to the customers. This was by far my worst experience with OYO. Looking forward to the next stay and hoping this will not be a disastrous for me.
