How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city? As soon as I pulled up outside and looked at the dirty, holey curtains hanging like rags behind the stinking glass of the rotting windows I should have turned and run. The room was tiny and stank, as did the rest of the building. It was a combination of cats, mould, rot, damp, the local petting farm and a pair of Zoo Keepers’ wellies and staff if inexperienced they don’t know how to talk to costumers, talk like they are in fish market. Totally disappointed 😡😰

I was denied Check-in and asked to book anew at about double the price when I called regarding early check-in. I had done the booking through GoIbibo a week ago and I received no notice from the hotel whatsoever that they were not okay with the tariff, it was only when I called them on the morning of the booking that they said they cannot host me at the booked price. I had to call GoIbibo in order to cancel the booking without being charged and had to book another hotel. It caused a lot of inconvenience for me, but thankfully GoIbibo Customer support resolved this in within half an hour of my calling them, they also offered that they will speak to the hotel and arrange the booking but I chose to cancel the booking. Best guest housr in jalandhar. Maintennce, quality of food and staff is very supporting. and overall experience was very good. I highly recommend if u r planning to sray in jalandhar stay at this place.
