The hotel was pathetic. Booked it through Oyo. No toiletries were provided and when told while leaving they said we should have asked for that. Toiletries comes under basic amenities which should be provided by every hotels/guest rooms. Never expected such response. The room was smelly and full of mosquitoes. Even response from Oyo team was awful. They were trying to charge extra money for early check in but when complained they reduced price. I wish there would have been option to give 0 star. For now, manage with one.

The hotel condition was pathetic. There was no intercom so everytime we need something, we had to go to the reception to ask for it. The room AC was not working properly, interior condition was also bad, no one gave us soap and body wash kit after the check in. The location of the hotel was also a negative point, we faced trouble everytime we book a cab or ordered something online. Very poor experience with oyo after paying INR3500 for 3 days.
