Cons:- Dirty Rooms No towels No clean pillow cover No clean bedsheets Dirty toilets No clean corridors Bad odour in entire hotel Guy at reception is as slow as snail. No safety Empty beer bottle every here and there. Electrical fixtures come out Toilet flush broken or leakage Sink dirty or leakage Food carried without necessary precautions Staff is idiot, not interested in serving customers Pros:- NOTHING PS:- This was the worst property i ever came across. Please do not visit it as individual or with Family, it's completely waste of money and also you will feel bad about your trip. One more reason to keep OYO in bad books.

Important Attention: No one has that much time to give reviews until we have felt very good service or felt worst service ever. One of the worst to worst staffs behaviour looks like all local goons appointed no proper way to talk. No proper service it was like dono what will happen next moment not felt safe.. for check- in their made us to wait 40 mins.. after check in rooms was like so dirty and bedsheets and pillow was like their using it for an years without changing. AC wires was hanging in rooms no cleaning. The entire rooms and hotel was smelling like anything tat can't be explained bathroom never ever cleaned. The more worst part was their don't give rooms keys to us and their will we have only one key while going anywhere outside their will ask for the keys not safe of bags. Belive it one of worst hotel and service experienced in my life ever felt. Rooms was so worth and dirty and so bad smell and the staff behaviour had spoiled my entire trip to Pune... The only reason for booking is hotel was by believing OYO. Didn't know why Oyo had listed this hotel and spoiling his name and brand.. OYo request you verify the hotel alteast to safeguard your name and will ask to remove this hotel from your list.. This review was to alert the people's and to avoid the worst experience.

1. Extremely poor service. 2. Unclean rooms and totally different from the pictures they have uploaded. 3. No hot water service. 4. Small beds and very congested. 5. Delayed services. They were ignorant even after asking for services repeatedly. 6. Lack in complementary services. 7. No communication services like landline or bell provided for calling the reception or room service staff. Review is based upon March 2023 stay.
