It was such a bad experience here . Rooms were clean but very smelly, bed sheets and washroom also smelled bad because of suffocation. Light , air conditioning and water facility was good. They also provide breakfast and wifi facility. Third floor was literally the hub of rats. They put the garbage infront of my room and there were a lot of rats for garbage and some of them were caught on rat glue tray . You can also hear their noises. One good thing about this hotel is that it is near the us embassy and consulate. This is not a good choice for family stays.

The rooms at FabHotel Embassy Grand are very cozy and provides a homely comfort. The room I stayed in was spacious enough with good interiors. The staff was kind and cooperative as well. The hotel location is easy to find and also provides many options for city connectivity. I would like to visit this place again.

Worst ever, do not book this hotel. Called them 4 times in advance to book a room in Ground Floor, since there were no lifts. They gave a 2nd floor room to aged parents. Toilets not cleaned and smelly. Room unkempt. Bad rooms. Parents had the worst experience ever.

We came for a conference and got struck in this nutshell. Location was very poor. Hotel was surrounded by old iron and second hand bike spares shop. Also I paid around 2450 and they gave me a restroom size room to stay. I can't even cancel due to their poor cancellation policy. There was lot of mosquitos surrounding us while sleeping and wood behind bed was broken and not comfortable. Also we booked under free breakfast and they provided a 2 plate of Poha which cost around 30 to 40 rs. One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. They're holding up such horrible room due to the people coming for US consulate appointments, meeting and passport interviews and put their situation as their benefits. Room worth for 500 rs. But they charge more in FAB hotel app. Instead of creating app and showing gimmicks, give a valuable room to the person who believes and book the same. Don't believe beauty of this hotel upload in Google.
