I booked from OYO for rs960 per day. Not even worth for 1 star rating. I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata. I booked this hotel from oyo but hotel manager denied my check-in and harassed me mentally. I planned to do my lunch after I checkin the hotel. But they denied. Other problem was transportation . As it was Vishwakarma puja there was no ola or uber cabs available. If it was problem the hotel manager could have already informed us. Then I booked other hotel and I took my luggages bags and travelled in government bus . I never felt like this any time. Fraud hotel

I booked this room from oyo at Rs 800. By the time we arrived they said wo dont accpt prepaid booking. And we wont provide our place at such rates. You are not my customer, u r here from oyo se go have a chat with oyo customer care and wait untill oyo will not update their price chat, this is really bad and this behavior was same for other customer also. don't book this hotel as the manager over there is a liar. when i had a chat with oyo customer care. They said that the manager is denying my visit. So the manager is lying and he is a big liar and very rude.

I was very surprised by this guest house. The rooms do not look posh as you will find in a hotel but they are very comfortable and you will find all the basic amenities here. For its price, I’d say this guest house offers insane value for money. The reception staff is friendly but the service staff is not.
