Another name of this hotel is 'La Conceicao Beach Resort' don't be get confused both are same, go and check this hotel name as well. Review-- Don't be get amazed by seeing the photos, Hotel is something about the housekeeping and hospitality, the owners are fraud, Unprofessional and mostly not available. Food quality is very bad Swimming pool is too dirty.

I recently had a stay there, and I feel it was overall a good experience. The staff was very helpful. Jaikumar ji on the reception was very polite and professional yet very helpful. I feel he is trying very hard improvise the overall condition of the hotel. The hotel is just at a walking distance from the beach, rooms are spacious, and all over the property is green and peaceful. I feel like staying there again whenever I visit GOA.

Good: Big, spacious rooms with balcony. Big bathroom. Fridge in the room. Swimming pool. Bad: Very bad service, slow room-service. They don't ask for towels or room cleaning. They don't have kettle or any amenities in the room. The staff is friendly, but they should have more facilities. Wifi was super slow. Cannot stay here to work. The furnitures have sharp corners, take care.

Within walking distance to the beach. Rooms are spacious, bright, having balconies and AC. By other reviews we knew that rooms are not cleaned but we asked everyday and they did cleaning. A bit disappointing was that swimming pool was not clean last two days and we could not enjoy it, evenings before we used it as it works till 8. Would I recommend it? - yes, if you do intend to spend most of your time on the beautiful Morjim beach!

Even single star is too much for this resort. We had booked 10 rooms and no arrangements were made before we arrived. They have one new property and another old one. They gave 5 rooms in old and 5 in new. the old ones had no proper facility. The pictures shown in the website are different and are not the old property rooms. Even basic facility like water bottles were charged. Complementary breakfast had only bread with some days no jam/butter also. Hotels are very far from this resort, so we had to manage with the breakfast(complementary) they provided. No proper directions were provided to reach the hotel.
