It was a Beautiful , clean, tidy, well maintained room. AC, TV(1or 2channels available ), Water heater on working condition.. when we compare the price of the room to other garbage rooms nearby, this was a wonderful choice.. 1master bed and they provided us extra comforters and pillows. 2500 for the room was reasonable price.No disturbances and it was a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach.The staff was very helpful and polite. (They let us keep our luggage safe as we reached there early, so we explored until the check-in time.). The downside I felt was : 1.The bed which was supposed to be King Sized was actually two separate single bed kept close together. It was very annoying as they got seperated easily which created a gap in the middle. 2.The curtain in the room was not properly covering the window.

Jecko The owner is such a friendly and nice guy. He is always ready to help where-ever possible. it is rare to come a cross such nice owners who are ready to help.
As for The propperty , it is clean , decent , near everything yet super calm and quite. Ac , hot water and breakfast are included. Its a greatvalue for the money.
It honestly is one of the best places to stay in terms of low cost and high value and I have booked on several ocassions.

Excellent hotel of this class.. Very beautiful in Appearence .Newer property and kept extremely clean.Rooms are Specious and Clean, Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming especially Mr. Anandu K B was very helpful. Breakfast was good and breakfast area is spacious and one of the best hotel in fortkochi where I have experienced a wonderful stay. Location also very nice with parking fecilty , I will refer this hotel to many !

This could be detail and long review , so please bear with me.
Initially I was searching for a nice stay in Kochi which will let me to see the best view and should walkable distance to the local attractions. In my research I found TREEBO F SQUARE. It is residing in fort kochi, fort Nagar which is near to the fort kochi beach.
Initial thought: generally people will show different pictures in online and when u go live, u'll have different experience there. So I was worried how my stay would be before going to TREEBO F SQUARE.
Hospitality: Xavier is my host in TREEBO F SQUARE. He is so humbled and friendly guy. He welcomed with a smile. You can get suggestion of places to visit from him, even the food places also😉.
Daily there will be house keeping and the boys will respond to request in no time.
Ambience: I can say the room looks so elegant that it is exactly as the pic shown in online. I got a room with balcony, from which I can have a view to the real beauty and local stay feeling of Kochi. The bathroom is well built with modern designing, you can have 24/7 water/hot water facility over there.
Amenities: You will get a TV , AC, reading table, daily water bottle, mrng timely break fast(toasted bread and omelette with butter and jam, bowl of watermelon), 24/7 room service landline, sufficient cupboards with safe lockers, free WiFi, sufficient no.of charging sockets, well built bed with cushioned mattress.
Near by attractions: Fort Kochi beach is just 7min walk from the stay. You can go for walk whenever you want, all the best hotels(a bit costly) were residing just few mins away. Near to all the bike rentals(please hire a bike for non stop travelling at low cost - Thanks to google maps BTW). You can go to Vypin using jungar very fast (nice experience though)
Suitable for: It is suitable for all types of people - single, couple, married, unmarried, families.
Worth for money ?: Obviously buddy.....
It is cent percent valued for money.
You won't get any stay at that cheap cost offered by TREEBO F SQUARE.
What's so special here: peacefulness, local Kerala feeling, near to attractions, low cost - high amenities, friendly and timely responding staff.
Finally I could say this is the perfect place to enjoy the GODS OWN COUNTRY beauties in low budget.
Suggestions: The only minus point with the stay is no restaurant available with hotel management. I would suggest the team to arrange one so that I comment and suggest ur place to more and more people.
