"Don't stay here" Worst place to stay. Staff behaviour is worst and they are very arrogant. Service is very bad, asked twice for towel but nothing happened, in the end I had to go to counter to pick the towel. Rooms are very dirty specially washroom (going outside to pee would be better). While checking out they asked extra 500 rs. Had to stay there because of some urgency.

It is okay I think . Not too good not too bad . Suitable price Just beside the Alambagh Bus station , so a big relief for outsiders Plus points are :- Secure place for everyone Good & respectful Staff behaviour Neat and clean floors and washroom Food facility is also available if you want , otherwise you can go to nearby restaurants. Minus points are :- Not properly cleaned bedsheet and pillows A bit small area in room as well as in washroom ( if you are alone in room it's okay , but with family and a lot of luggage might disturb you a bit )

The place is quite noisy as the bus stand is not far away. The staff was courteous and well behaved but the hotel is not up to the mark. Actually T.V remote was not working so was the T.V. Landline was not functioning properly and when I complained one of the front desk receptionist gave me his personal number for any issues and query. The quilts were not properly cleaned. Overall not good experience.

Very poor hotel, room dirty, washroom dirty, walls of room were damped, musty smell due to dampness. I spend 1 night without sleep because there were big rats and mouse in room they were making noice and uneasyness, was suffocation in room due to no vantilation, washroom was very dirty,they charged me 200 extra for check in 1 hour before at 10 am while all room were empty. Very bad experiance. I had to decide early check out. Never go in this hotel. Oyo should not tie up with these cheap hotels.
