New property, very poorly managed. The bathroom didn't have a drop of water and it is now 45 minutes since I have been requesting hotel staff..Nothing! There's no one responsible among staff. Only 3 or 4 boys hanging around at reception. Not sensitive, not capable or hotel does not have arrangements, I can't tell, but it is the WORST ever hitel experience in 40 years of my work travel career. Avoid. There may be more baaty surprises.I waited another 15 minutes before posting this draft, Nothing ..The bathroom don't have a drop of water yet.

This stay is in the opposite lane to Ocus Quantum Mall. Nice staffs and helped us out to include and additional stay in our room. Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast which is free was just ok.

Treebo Hi star is an amazing property of Treebo hotels. If one's staying in Gurgaon, and has a medium budget, should definitely consider it. It's an amazing hotel, rather a bundle of facilities in less cost. It's totally worth giving a shot. Trust me, you won't regret it. Even the staff there is well mannered and well dressed. The breakfast buffet that they have there is also really good. They have an amazing variety of all North indian as well as south Indian. Even their ala carte menu is really commendable.
