Hotel staff used my trimmer while i was out during cleaning of the room. When i asked the receptionist that it has happened he said is there any problem if it happened. I had to immediately check out the hotel because i was not feeling safe there , very unprofessional behaviour. Also saw a small snake in my room in the night.

This has been one of my worst experiences in a hotel. The 3 sitter bedroom we were first put up in was small, the bathroom really tiny, and the basin was congested and flooding into the room. While the 2nd room they shifted is into was ok, we were asked to go back to the initial room on the 2nd day which we refused. Basic services like toilet paper was not provided, we had to categorically ask for the complimentary water bottle every single day in our 6 day stay, there is no tea or breakfast service till 9.45AM, the staff was argumentative and had a very poor sense of customer service. Overall, will never go back and not recommend to anyone And anyone reading this can get a sample of the staff & service from their response below.
