We had paid for the room in advance. However, when we reached the hotel for check in, the host denied us the room. He was demanding extra money, if we wanted the room. This was at 12 in the night. We have not checked into the room. The guest had to sleep in the car. We contacted Oyo customer care, who failed to resolve the issue and argued with us for over an hour in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel.... plus restaurant..... situated in the way of luby circular road in Dhanbad....nice rooms....good location.... beautiful atmosphere.... beautiful interiors....good place in Dhanbad for dining....good place for night parties....placed in nice location....good for family parties....good food....road view from the top is really beautiful.... visit with your friends....

Along with OYO you will get only worst experience. Once booked and paid from OYO and harassed a lot in the late night between Hotel & Oyo payment pending relation. Though after several calling to customer care I got out from the issue. Stuff are not so good in behavior. Rooms are well decorated. Food is quite ok on that day for me. But facilities are not good.
