The worst staff. The room we got had a leaking jet spray, the tiles were dirty and yellow. The manager does not care at all about the guests' complaints and grievances. The food is bland and since my family is vegetarian, we ordered veg food but found rotten pieces of chicken in it and the food was muck. The tv didn't work properly as well. Stay on a pavement but not in this hotel.

The stay in this guest house had been one bad nightmare for us. We had chosen this hotel from Oyo and arrived in this hotel around 10 PM in night. We had informed well in advance to the hotel authorities that we will be travelling after our office from Kolkata. On arriving here we found the gate was locked and after our repetitive call with them they opened the gate after 30 mins. The hotel staffs are extremely rude and impolite in their behavior During booking it was informed to us that we will be given an additional Cot but it was not provided to us. Anyways after checked into the rooms we found that rooms are not at all up-to the marks. We decided to have our lunch here and that is biggest mistake we had done. The lunch was horrible. The rice was of very poor quality, the lentils was already rotten, chicken was given directly from the refrigerator and they just mixed some gravy into it. The mutton was like a rubber and even with our best of abilities we are not able to tear any single piece. The vetki fish that was given was also not well cooked. I will remember this place for one of my worst food destination. Anyways the cherry on the cake was missing and they complemented it by fighting with our driver in the night and completely spoil our visit. Never visit this hotel and never ever try their food.

Value for money. The manager is a great person. He values the customer. Really appreciated. Other staffs are equally good.Room, kitchen facilities are okay as well. Would always suggest to stay in this hotel. ☺
