Rooms were average and staff behaviour was very rude and sometimes very unhelpful. View from the rooms was very beautiful.

1.Location is far away from Mall 2.Staffs are very rude and will tell you can check out if you have any complain 3.Rooms are having bad smells 4.Toilet flush not working in some room, Water leakage from toilet pipes. 5.To reach your room you have to up/down at least 40stairs even for the 1st floor room. So, don't even think of for staying at this property

One of the pathetic place to stay I have ever seen. In every room you will find spider atleast one. Smelly blankets and bedsheets. Many bathrooms lights not working. I changed 4 rooms within resort to get a room where I would have slept. Rude behavior of staff. Hot water after 6 am is myth here. Don't stay by just thinking it's cheap. Amazed that how people have rated 4+ in Oyo. People of hotel seems to be goons.
