Staff is very rude, they act like we are staying for free and burden on them, BAD * they clearly refused oyo booking, when i reached hotel there staff forced me to pay cash, No paytm or online payment, which looks little weird, may be the staff was trying to collect extra cash from us and then give us sub standard or low standard room, which they indeed gave * they didn't give even water bottle * ac turns ON but no cooling, when i asked them they said, they said you should've checked this when you went first into the room * service guy asked for tip amount for just opening the room door, nothing else * room was dusty, furniture, table sofa everything had dust on it * bathroom was dirty, * bathroom roof was falling off. Good * safe parking, they got enough space * hotel is on road, so need to drive through narrow streets * hotel is close to mumbai pune expressway * room size is good, but they are not maintaining it * bed sheet looked clean

Third class hotel. Don't go there. They're cheaters. I am booking this hotel room online at 874 but they don't give me room at this price. They said you must paid extra. Otherwise they don't give me room. They are cheters. Third class service. Go there at your risk.

It's not Oyo at all. It's Treebo. When booked today for 1 guest on Oyo, price was 1180/- per night. When reached the hotel, they informed that it's not linked with OYO and price for 1 guest is 1500/- per night. There is duplication of the same Star Hotel on Google Map also. One as OYO & other as Treebo. Confusing to customers!
