The hotel is clean and good but the rooms are not as large as i excepted. They charged me ₹1800 for a night. But the amount is not justified with the room. Although, Staff behaviour is good. I shared balcony view. 🪟

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel rooms were very tidy and well maintained. The owner Mr. Dalmia is very cooperative and arranged dinner from his home as we reached late and all shops were almost closed. Our sincere thanks to the couple for the courtesy extended during our stay at their hotel. 🙏🏼

I would give zero star if this option was available. This is a new hotel so tje lady owner of the hotel is in the sky this time. We got this hotel in rs. 1200 something on a deal via MMT. The actual base price of deluxe room is rs. 2500 and standard room is rs. 1800. We booked deluxe room. On reaching the hotel, the hotel owner denied us to check in stating that she will not be able to give room to us in the tariff we payed. She demanded extra money if we want to check in. We immediately called MMT and told them about the issue. They immediately processed our request and talked to tje owner still she denied. Actually this room was under oyo also displaying on MMT. So that day oyo server was down. MMT refunded our money and gave us a travel voucher of rs. 500 valid for one year as a compensation. But that lady is disgusting. I think she is new in business and doesn't know how to run one. She was very rude from the beginning. Earlier also we got rs. 4000 rooms in 1200 in deal but no hotel denied us to check in. But this lady here, I don't know what was she thinking. The hotel is not very extravagant. It's below normal. Looks like a haunted house from outside. Guys be careful. Do not book this hotel online. I have asked MMT and OYO to remove this hotel from their listing. She didn't even bother to call us and inform earlier that she will not be able to give us the room. No word is enough to describe how rude, mean and disgusting that lady is.

booked a room for rs 1200 from MMT, but was quite disappointed when reached. hotel is in congested area and looks like abandoned house form outside. the worst part was they demanded more money and didn't let us check in. even talking to owner was not helpful she kept shouting at us! worst experience, be careful guys, they're gonna blame you for not talking to them on phone before booking online.
