Despite me booking mode than a month in advance I arrived only to discover that "no rooms are available", i.e. my room was offered to someone else. Otherwise the owners where pleasant in conversation and I actually had a chance to see the room and it looks OK.

Mostly all rooms are suite rooms which costs around 1.6k-1.8k per person which varies depends upon the rooms. Cleanliness at its best

The homestay is a wonderful place to stay. The caretaker and owner are really helpful/courteous. Homely environment, clean linens/accessories. Our stay was really awesome and had no major issues as such. Now for the drawbacks- 1.Hotel infrastructure- needs upgrade. Toilets though clean need upgrades. Solar water heater doesn't serve the purpose if 2-4 buckets of water get wasted each time for Luke warm water (water conservation is very important) 2.Basic amenities like Kettle, water bottle, tea bags etc needs to be provided. A slight increase in price wouldn't do anybody harm if all these comments are addressed.
