Today I visited this place for my first time and I found everything thing in this hotel very well furnished and good. Room service for fabulous. Full negotiation was made by the hotel staff members. Location is quite impressive.

This hotel makes overbooking and despite prepayment of full amount, they simply denied the hotel room saying that room is not available. Don't ever trust this hotel and hotel staff as they don't understand the pain of the customer and are just there to make more money by overbooking. Just see the response from OYO. Simple copy paste for all negative reviews. OYO is simply fraud and there is no care of customers and their harrasment. Hotel told that it is OYO which overbooks the hotels and then lot of customers have to go through similar experience standing at the hotel counter for hours.

Why this reply is coming from Oyo. When i reached Hotel denied entry due to less rates quoted by Oyo. Hotel administration said that we have asked many times to Oyo team not to book Hotel Kesar Palace but they are continuing to book. After an hour wait and upon cancellation of Oyo booking, Hotel has provided the room on increased rates? Customer care was also unresponsive. This is not at all expected from Oyo.
