Didn't have the option of 0 star or I would have rated this hotel a big zero. I had read online reviews while booking it that they don't accept online bookings but thought that that might have been some exceptional case . They denied me to check in in the middle of hot summer day on the pretext that they don't accept any guest through online bookings be it Oyo, mmt , goibibo etc as a hotel policy . There was I flashing my phone screen showing the person my confirmed booking but the person was not only rude but also uncouth. When I asked for the manager he blindly said he is sleeping . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially family persons . There are various ways of dealing with a conflict and handling confusion but people at this place don't seem to have an iota of hospitality etiquette . So if you are reading this review and are still thinking of booking Eden Residency online be ready for misadventure.

All facilities are available, but the number of staffs is very disappointing. I gotta see only one staff. I needed to go downstairs myself to get water in night. Their behaviour is good. Rooms are good as well.

Impeccably awsm experience.Located away from the city crowd.Nice rooms.The owner is gem of a person,so humble and polite n you would actually see him running to make things readily available.food is good.5⭐️hospitality. The only thing which needs to change is the strength of the Wi-Fi but still manageable.njoy ua stay.cheers.

Horrible. Be warned if you have booked this place through OYO. I made a booking at 12am night when I reached Jaipur (kukas). As I was a single traveller, I found this place budget friendly for a nights halt. On arrival, I found that they don't consider OYO booking. The reception guy gave an excuse that they are trying to stop the OYO bookings for past 3 months. With no other option in hand at midnight, I had to pay him extra 1000 to get a room. To surprise I found he still uses OYO linens on bed and OYO packaged toiletries. Very very inconvenient for a traveller at midnight. Hope OYO takes this matter very seriously.
