Extreme poor condition sofa are full of rat cutting ,light are almost fused bed sheet are dirty pillow covers are torned

Don't go with good ratings. Probably these all may be fake. You would not find more pathetic hotel then this. (No wait, other Oyo hotels may be equally bad). I booked with Oyo. Location: Location is not convenient at all. Its approx. half an hour drive from airport. Its located in very congested lane. Once you reach hotel, you will find nothing like hotel but few rooms built on upper floor. On ground floor, there are other stores. No lift or elevator is available and you have to take steep stairs. Staff Behaviour: The Manager was very rude. Mistakenly my booking done was for single guest. I went thr with my family. Manager suggested me to cancel Oyo booking and do direct booking. He overcharged me (over and above the amount quoted by Oyo) , while he gave me stay for limited 3 hrs, even with extra charged amount. Food: Getting the poor impression, I did not dared to take any food, just ordered tea. The tea was also not good, already cold and tasting bad. Hygiene: This is probably the most lied promise by Oyo. The room was not clean at all. The washroom and room were smelling very bad. Walls, curtains all were very dusty. We insisted to change the bed sheet, but they were also very dirty. I can share the pics of this dirty hotel, on request. Guys, you don't get to spend holidays with your family very often. Don't ruin it with hotels such as Oyo provided. Spend some more on quality properties, for sure you will not regret. #oyorooms

I'm giving 1 star to the property but full 5 stars to the Receptionist Mr. Gorav. Our room had cockroches but Mr. Gourav very promptly changed the room for us. Zirakpur is very close to the Airport so the property and cleanness shud be maintained. In house food was very bad biryani tasted like fried pulav.
