Ratings are so good but the reality is far different from this. 1 out of 10 for service 2 out of 10 for amenities. In every single room there is some problem. Like tv is not working geyser is not working In my case there is no supply of water no geyser no ac. Nothing working When i changed my room I was still faced issue with geyser

Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk ( name something mr ujwal) guys were worst ,indifferent and totally unprofessional. I strongly suggest to management kindly change staff & hire polite nd well educated staff....other than that hotel was good and price are also competitive.... But due to behavior of ur staff all good things became worst...

Very bad experience. Over charged for the rooms. No receipt provided for the amount paid. Food facility not available. Tea Coffee charged Rs. 30/- per cup with 60 ml quantity. Washrooms are good and spacious with only liquid soap. Rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. The property can be made more comfortable provided the owner intends to do so. Staff are very arrogant and blunt. Fooding is an issue as they do not have any arrangements. They have tie up with a restaurant on the upper floor whose prices are very very high. There are no hotels nearby so that one can go outside and have lunch/dinner etc. Be prepared to experience such horrible situation if you opt to stay in this hotel. Check in and check out is also an issue. For check out they do not follow their own rules as mentioned in the OYO App. At 11 AM (Check out time), one person will sit on your head to vacate the room.
