The hotel is good but they could improve on a few things. For example, they could have an in house kitchen at least for emergency purposes if not a full time restaurant.. Secondly, they could improve on the cleanliness and hygiene.. Additionally they also need to replace the mattress covers, comforters/blankets because they're worn out and dirty.. however their service is good.. they will get u anything you ask them to get over the phone... by anything I mean only legal things :p

Location of the hotel is good. No food service from hotel, however you can order food from The Grand Thakkar hotel below the Neel Kamal. Service is OK, staff is quite supportive but lazy too. You need to request to get the poem clean. All basic amenities available and good for people who are looking for short stay or for short business visit. There are lots of good options food and malls outside this hotel.

Not a very good experience. Rooms were small, linen not changed daily, washroom not cleaned properly, geyser fittings were not proper and had leakages. Not a good experience at all. Breakfast:no variety. Poha n bread butter daily. Bread was also not fresh for any of the days.

A budget hotel on the 4th floor of the building. The best part for this hotel is the location. It is bang at the iskon char rasta so provides great connectivity to everywhere. The brts station is just outside the building. The staff is nice, the service is good. The rooms need more cleaning and renovation, by oyo standards they are a little off. It cd b good for solo travelers on a budget or couples. Not for business travelers. Its a b6dget property, not a premium one. Goid for the price i got.
