Very unprofessional staff. Don't know how to behave . The very first day they gave us to sleep in used bedsheet and dirty pillow covers and said that they can't change even though if had booked your stay. The helpers are very unprofessional avoid to do their work. The room and bathroom is good. Mainly the owner should know what the helpers are doing in the hotel. There is small boy , he look like he is from hills . He is most undeserving person to work in the hotel. The breakfast always comes in different way. One day we were served like we are living in slum as the vessels were not for customers but for workers . The other day it was different. Very unprofessional and impolite. The person who is in charge of manager at the night time only asks for money or payment but he don't listen to a word from the customers. There are many hotels in paharganj still we choose your hotel because we saw good ratings but it was a mistake.

The rooms available here are best. But due certain technical issues I am forced to give 2 stars less. 1) Hotel doesn't have 24hrs hot water. So if u come here after the sight seeing around the city, You cannot take a shower in the chilling cold temp. 2) They provide you towel, soap only if intimate them. (Suggestion to all : Ask for it.) 3) They should be more customer friendly. Else the stay here is good. I would suggest you to book your stay here. It's overall a good place to live, with few changes to be made. If they do these changes and intimate me i would surely change my review to a perfect 5*.

The room was ok but old furnitures. Everythink is good quality but not well maintained and setup, a bit sad. Told that breakfast was only served in the rooms. We asked for toasts with black tea and got a sandwich with omelet and onions with a tea so dark and blurry that we didn't even touch it. Not long after breakfast we felt sick.

The only reason i stayed at this hotel was, i booked it through OYO & i was tired after a long journey. I didn't find any reason to offer more then one star. As soon as i entered the hotel i found that person at the reception and another one were abusing each other and ever after noticing the guest ,the continued. I found it very uncofrtable because i was with my mother and wife. I just ignored it and took my way towards the room, but the room was in pathatic condition. I found that house keeping was not done after previous guest left the room. So we waited outside untill the the room was ready. Ready means they just arranged the bedsheet. When i requested for change of bedsheet, they said its not available. I request OYO for kindly inspect the quality of hotels they have listed. It may spoil your name.
