The worst hotel I've ever been to. Actually it was recommended by the travel agency from Siliguri. Don't fall prey for this travel agencies , such a bad experience. The hotel serve hot water only in the morning for half hour only. The worst part was you have to walk for about 10 mins to get to the hotel by foot. And the manager was reluctant to change even the bedsheet which was already used by others. Very irresponsible and bad service. Please refrain from going to such hotels.

My plan was to stay here for a couple of days but had to stay another day not because of the high quality of rooms or decent hospitality but because my mountain bike carrier was damaged by one of the staff members who happens to be a driver there I guess. I was told to kept my cycle in the garage and was assured about the safety. Next morning I found my rear carrier broken as it was used to carry a person , also to mention that my bike was used without my permission. I would also like to mention that Chris ( receptionist) helped fixing it which I really appreciate. The reason I’m writing this comment is only because of the unprofessional attitude of the manager there who wasn’t there and kept on ignoring my calls. He seriously need to work on his ability to fix customers problems specially when his staff uses guests property without there permission and in addition damage it . The manager did nothing to sort out the issue. I could have gone to police but didn’t want to put that young driver in trouble. Also I paid the fixing charges of the carrier myself plus additional day fare there. The one star is just for mr Chris efforts. Thanks

Beds are not good. Rooms are uncleaned. Hot water supply only for one hour within a day. They will not switch on the geyser if you need hot water emergency. Room service is ridiculous. There is no safe parking, they're asking 200 Rs for bike parking.

1. Hotel manager is very cunning. 2. Located in unhygienic place. 3. While checking out manager ask your Mobile for matching bill receipt and himself trying to rate his hotel 5 star rating, BEWARE. 4. GEYSER timing is for one hour . 5. TV very small and channel is limited. 6. No toilet paper and manage advice you to purchase yourself. 7. No bathroom slippers. 8. Frequent LIGHT problem. BEWARE FROM FALSE REVIEWS.
