The only good thing is that the rooms are in expensive but they cheap. Most of the rooms has a bad cigarette smell. The bed sheets and dirty and the bathroom aren’t clean. There is no ventilation. No lift/elevator. You have to climb to the top level by stairs.

New establishment. Seems like they are still busy setting up the platform to serve guests. Kitchen is not completely ready but they can serve you breakfast and tea. Nice and kind staff. Cleanliness needs effort. Toilets are not clean and you find garbage right at the entrance. Rooms are a bit compact for double occupancy.

Made me wait for 30 minutes in the waiting area before checking me in as the rooms were not ready. Stains all over the bedsheet and blanket. Wall paint dirty. Geyser not working. Exhaust fan not working. Didn't provide towels even after 5-6 phone calls to the reception. Bathroom sliding door damaged. No lock provided in my room, had to go out relying on the cctv surveillance. Clean washroom. Disappointed.

Its worth plauditory to stay at this place. I made this booking over here and within mins it got confirmed as well as registered in the guest directory of this hotel. During checkin, there was no delay from hotel side. Post checkin found rooms well spacious & neat/clean. Ordered food as per details provided over there & found it worthy. Lastly the most important & impressive stuff which I observed was- Actually I had words with the hotel receptionists (male & female) both, supervisors, room cleaner, food provider & even with hotel owner & found every of them very polite, kind nature, It simply means they know how to treat their guests. Now a days it's very rare to see such kindness. That's the main factor which couldn't resist me to give 5 ***** !! Good wishes to Oyo Flagship & their team for this wonderful work. I would like to appreciate the level of customer service provided by Manager ( Manoj Tiwari) Really amazing customer service! Hotel room was Neat and Clean . I called twice and i got service within 2 minutes and most important was manager behaviour which make me to write this Feedback . I booked allot of Oyo Property but First time in Oyo hotel i found Hospitality. Thank you so much Seen you soon
