Recently i booked this hotel and that was my life’s biggest mistake that i was did . Terrible experience with this hotel and with there staff also. If anybody wants to book this hotel I would suggest book a 200 rupee lodge, it would give you better room compared to this hotel. No hygiene, Worst Rooms, Worst Staff, even they don’t have any parking which they mentioned in online portals. And Even they haven’t any rooms like what they are showing in online portal. Just Fake hotel Fake rooms pics

Horrible don't book this hotel , they are scamming!!!!!!!. I had book this hotel through Oyo with the price of lower price and the hotel charges me 1000. Fake hotel price , fake room photos and also food service is bad. The mannager were unprofessional there , he asked you for extra pay for the room and also don't co-operate by saying wo Oyo ki problem hai aap waha bat kre !! . Also lots of horrible incident happing there . Plz guys don't book this hotel .

Please dont book room in this hotel, they are scamming people. Then accept the booking when you book online and when you will reach to check in they will ask for more money. They do this with all the people who book hotel at discounted rate. I faced this situation at 11 pm in night with my family. Oyo should do something in this regard and this is done by most of the hotels especially oyos.

Such a worst hotel, they have booked a worst room for us in 900 rup in which blanket was dirty sofa was dirty bed was also dirty room was smelling like a hell when we have asked to change the room they have told us we provide rooms according to price if you want to change you have to pay more what kind of service Surbhi hotel is providing, I will never suggest anyone to stay worst stay really such a bad hotel 😡😡😡
