OYO Flagship Renson Grand

Very bad experience . Booked twelve rooms for marriage. Manager and staff are friendly and good at their end. But there was no hot water and no TV was in running. Please avoid if u are planning to book rooms in this hotel specially with family.

Never book this hotel, they will say that we have stopped taking booking from booking.Com and deregistered which is a white lie as he was cheking his phone saying you have booking for 1 room and amount ain't charged from your card and all. He insisted to book room directly at double the rate as shown online. We refused and left the hotel as he wasn't providing our booked room at booked price.
