Worst place to stay. No cleaning, poorly maintained rooms. Even after asking staff to change Pillow covers, bedsheet they ignored it & give faltu ke reasons. Bad & smelling bathrooms. No bucket & mug in my room to take bath. Toilet shower wasn't working properly, it became very hard to use it. Totally hated it. I 0 stars can be given I would have gave it.

This place is shamefully disgusting.! The worst location I have ever stayed at!! We had 4+ different rooms and all were absolutely disgusting! I do not know what rooms other people are staying in but all of our rooms were gross. Smudgemarks all over the wall. One wall looked as though something exploded. There was not hot water. We had to ask for towels. The sheets and towels were dinghy and had holes in them. There were mattresses and garbage in the hallways. The owners didn't seem to care. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned since they were so gross but that just made it worse. They sparayes the walls but didn't clean it afterwards leaving even more residue on the wall. The bathroom was awful the wall was covered in binding that have never been removed. This state if this location is just shameful. I do not recommend that anyone stay here.

Oyo Townhouse 089 is situated in a good locality of Gurugram. The building stands tall as there are only plots around, no tall structure. We visited the hotel in April 2019. Since it is very new, everything from room quality, design, washrooms and other areas were great. The rooms are spacious and most have outside view or balcony. What we found really lacking was service quality during buffet breakfast. There was only guy for 6-7 tables. The food containers were almost empty and we had to ask for refill, even for water we had to ask 4 times. The stay otherwise was really great. Maybe if they can improve on service, this could become one of best townhouse properties by Oyo. Ease of check-in. Room of choice allocated. Professional reception staff. 1 hour late checkout provided on request.
